Library 
 
 

  • All students grades prek3-2nd and 4-5th will come to the library once a week.

  • 3rd grade will come every other week.

  • Students prek4-2nd are able to check out 1 book per visit.

  • All students in grades 3rd-5th will be able to chek out up to two books per visit

  • Open check out is all day Friday and multiple times throughout the week.  

  • If your student does not return their library book they will not be able to check a new one out until the book is returned.

  • In order to keep our library full of books for all students we must take care of our library books. If a library book is lost or damaged it will result in a fine and your student will not be able to check out new books until the payment has been resolved.   • If you move and you are leaving Northwest please turn in all library books in order to avoid any fines that may be accrued.

 

                                                                    Circulation Policy
 
If a book becomes overdue, the student is blocked from borrowing any more books until the misplaced book is renewed, returned, or paid for. We do not charge late fees and refunds are given if a student pays for a lost book and then finds and returns the book.

Second Grade:  Mrs. Morrison- 1:30pm Mondays

Third Grade:      Ms. Escalera- 9:00am Mondays (every 2 weeks)
